New Patient Appointment: Arrived about 20 min early to fill out paperwork. Taken in few minutes after the appointment time by an assistant. Took nearly 30 min to see a provider (nurse practitioner). So took about an hour to talk to the provider from the moment I checked in. Street parking available: $1.75/hour; each street has a different time limit.

I took my Completely disabled brother into this clinic to see Nurse Practitioner Janet Aller after having a Horrible experience at the Wellspace clinic on Alhambra with Nurse Practitioner Sharon Young it was a TOTALLY WONDERFUL & MUCH APPRECIATED Visit!! She listened and was Very Attentive to what my brother needed and the staff was Great!! I'm very understanding to All of the negative comments and reviews However when you receive Good Service I believe that recognition is Also something that should be giving which is why I am speaking Very Highly of this clinic & staff. They have no control of there location Unfortunately But the service of care they do and they do a Great Job!!

Can't say too much about this place yet,I've only been here one time so far and the staff that I did see and come in contact with we're friendly and nice from what i saw at the time. Is this place really that bad? I hope not because I just started going here after a very long time of searching & looking for mental health services.. So it was finally a huge relief for me to have found this place. I just hope it doesn't turn out to be more hassle than help. :/
